Small horse mackerel in fiery brava sauce. The horse mackerel is fished purse seine in the Eastern Mediterranean and Aegean Sea, and traditionally prepared using artisanal methods in Portugal. The sauce, made with extra virgin olive oil, spicy red peppers and garlic, is inspired by Spain's beloved tapas, patatas bravas. Enjoy this tin with a hunk of good bread to mop up the sauce.
