Three tins of the finest Spanish and Portuguese sardines. The tins are accompanied by an illustrated ceramic plate, created especially for us by Madrid-based artisanal ceramicist Chichinabo Inc.
Nuri sardines are world renowned, hand prepared and comprising 37 steps from choosing the best sardines from Matosinhos fish market to hand wrapping each tin. These ones come in the cannery's famed tomato sauce. Papa Anzóis sardines are sustainably caught off the Algarve and dehydrated first which makes for juicier, more omega-3 replete fish. These sardines come infused with locally-sourced lemon. Don Reinaldo's sardinillas are caught in the nearby Galician estuaries, close to where the cannery is located in Ribeira. The five-strong team hand pack the sardines and infuse them with chilli.
