Small squid in olive oil

Very small squid - puntillitas, puntillas or chipirones in Spanish - preserved in locally-sourced olive oil. Real Conservera Española continues to use the same traditional, sustainable methods it has used for over 100 years to catch, lovingly prepare and hand-pack these shellfish from the Galician estuaries. The cannery recommends enjoying them directly from the tin or with brown rice and cherry tomatoes.
